12 oz bottle at DCLawyer’s sour tasting. Mostly clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of funk, stone fruit, floral notes. Tastes of stone fruit, tropical fruit, light tart notes. Light body with a dry finish.

Bottle from beer[malade]. Orange color with medium white head. Aroma of funk, mango, lemon. Strong yeasty taste with mango, salt, lemon peel, sourness. Nice.

330 mml bottle. Tasted on the 18/07/2017 at home. White yellow colour with a thin light head. Aroma of mango, limes, salt, yeast and lactose. Taste is light lactose, tart, medium salt, intense mango and lime. Aftertaste is intense salty. Next one please!

Bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma is tart mango and lemon. Taste is tart mango, funk, hints of lemon, lactose, salt. Quite refreshing.

Ridiculously clear golden and lightly copper coloured body with a smooth and very quickly dying pure white head. Aroma of sour funk, a touch of of salt, some light yeast and a nice bit of sugars. Light-bodied; Nice mellow malts up front with some fresh fruit flavours, a touch of grass and dry notes and finishing with a lot of sour funk and brett flavours - very nice and deeply refined. Aftertaste shows more yeast and funk than anything else with some smooth fruity elements, a touch of deep grass and grain and lemon and bretty sour flavours at the end. Overall, a great beer that shows off very well and actually hides the 6,0% abv quite well with a nice twang of brett and some sweetness near the end. I sampled this 33 cL bottle as a horribly generalised notion that I’ll be visiting Zurich [Switzerland] in the coming days, and Italy merely touches the land, so in the days leading up to the trip and visit, I drank this one. I sampled this 33 cL bottle purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 31-May-2017 for US$3,99 sampled at home in Washington on 14-July-2017.

Pours clear gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes to hug rim. Mango and lactose aromas. Sharp with mango and lychee upfront turning to sour lactose and freezer burn in the abrupt finish.

On tap at Ratebeer Best. Pours a hazy yellow with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong sea salt, dough, mango juice. Thin body, mango, sea salt, light tartness, dry finish, very good.
