Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. An excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

On tap at the Brick Store Pub. The aroma is caramel, resin, and a little citrus. The flavor is mildly bitter, with a strong malt backbone. The palate is medium to heavy, sticky, and astringent. Overall, not a bad ale, but nothing special.

Draught @ Pannuhuone, Kuopio
Pours light orange with a sticky foamy white head. Aroma of light fruits, hops and malts. Taste is quite smooth and malty with fruity hops and slight sweetness. Finish is sweet and slightly fruity with a bitter end. Nice, tasty and easy to drink session beer.

Bottle @ home. Pours a transparent, copper orange appearance with a two finger, off-white head. Sweet, toasty caramel malty, floral, light piney hoppy aroma. Somewhat bitter, piney/herbal hoppy, toasty caramel malty, lightly floral flavor. Somewhat bitter, floral aftertaste. Pretty solid brew.

4oz draft from Hangar 9 from a flight. Pours a clear light honey red with small white head. Aroma of caramel and rye. Taste is lightly bitter and lightly sour. Medium bodied with a thick texture. Lively carbonation and a long slightly bitter finish. Overall, itβs very good. Something to try again in the future.
