Malt and hops are beautifully married in this full-bodied, copper-red Pale Ale. Red Seal is generously hopped for a long, spicy finish. An excellent accompaniment to grilled meats and rich sauces.

Bottle at Wachi Pretty red color with a thick, fine head. Citrus hop aroma with caramel and gumballs. Nice, well-balanced flavor. Big hops, lots of citrus and strong bitterness. Clean and crisp. A really tasty and drinkable session beer.

(Bottle, 0.355 l, at Pikkulintu) The beer poured clear and reddish brown. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had hops, malts and bread. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, mildly pine, malts, sweetness, white bread and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet and bitter. A decent beer.

12 ounce bottle. Pours clear red orange color with a 2 finger off white head with decent retention. Aromas of citrus, floral, pine, caramel, and some spices. Taste matches the nose very well, with a nice crisp clean bitterness that lingers for a bit on the finish. This goes down very well, and is very drinkable. Very nicely balanced flavors. Medium body and fairly high carbonation. Overall this is highly enjoyable, and full of flavor. Before I knew it my glass was empty. Excellent stuff.

355 ml bottle from Systembolaget. Light amber colour with thick, off-white, medium sized head. Smells of typical american hops, citrus, spices, grapefruit, grass and some caramel malts. Taste is somewhat bitter and a little sweet. Well balanced APA. Smooth, medium bodied palate.

On tap at Stags Head. Pours a nice red copper color. tastes of hops, caramel, and slightly sweet malt. Not a bad red ale and for $4 a pint in NYC pretty darn enjoyable.

Purchased on my trip to Nashville. Pours a clear amber colour with a big off-white creamy head that dissipates slowly and leaves great lacing. Nice hop scent that is Cascade-like. Very refreshing mouthfeel with a mild dry finish. The hop is present in the taste, but not as strong. Spices and well-blended caramel malt. Just right (I find) for a refreshing summer American Pale Ale.
