On tap at Eni-bru as part of their sampler set. 5% A dark reddish brown that does evoke maple syrup. The aroma is a kind of earthy clay with a bit of maple & cinnamon - kind of weird. Medium bodied with a silky smooth mouthfeel, a bit velvety. The taste keeps that odd clay quality & adds sweet caramel, maple & the slightest of cinnamon in the finish. Similar to drinking a watered down maple syrup... This beer is a miss for me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500 ml bottle from the brewery. Light, thin amber-brown color with a thin head. Spicy, sweet aroma with cinnamon, maple, cookies. A very rich and pleasant dessert aroma. Very sweet and spicy flavor, tons of Maple and Cinnamon! Some fruit, but overwhelming cinnamon, including a gritty bitter spice finish. Some of that seems to be hops as well. It is very sweet. Well done and flavorful with a bit of complexity, though not my style.
