In restaurant Tokyo. Donker bier, beetje Guinness achtig. Prima.

Can pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts some burnt toast and some chocolate. Taste is more of the nice rich roast malts light grain and toast.

Pitch black, tall tan head. Draught in Umeda. A decent dark, chocolaty, slightly roasted aroma, with a flavor pretty much the same, although after the 4th sip it started to lose interest for me. Not bad at all, and better than the Asahi dark draught.

Deep brown color with a light brown head. Light malty nose with some roasted malts. However, it was served way too cold and in a frosted glass to get a good sense of the nose. The mouth feel is is creamy with some excellent roasted malt character and some dark fruity hops. The finish is off dry with roasted notes and deep cherries. Kinda like Big Rock Traditional when its on, but with more roasted character. Good rendition of a Schwarzbeir that I recommend to try on tap.
