Bottle from the brewery, this has been resurrected as part of their Fall monthly set. Reddish brown in color with a thick beige head and a cookie cinnamon biscuit aroma(like speculoos cookies maybe?). The taste is very sweet with a biscuit caramel cinnamon and a slick medium body. Not bad... not what I was expecting, the next one I crack I'll definitely pair with some kind of sweets...

Bottle. Contains biscuit malt and cinnamon. Sweet, cookie-like aroma of sweet biscuit malt, cinnamon, cocoa. Sweet and malty, not too much spice at all. Slight Belgian yeast flavor, but not really Belgian. Rich cocoa flavor as well, and yeast character is evident. Slight cinnamon and a touch of ginger taste as well. Really quite different. Thick, rich body. Nice winter beer. Couldn’t drink a lot.

Bottled. Cloudy straw colour, creamy head. Bready and orange. Grapefruit and caramel together forms a mazarine flavour. Light bodied with spritzy rounded mouthfeel. Low-medium bitterness. Interesting and very unusual.
