Bottle @ Ulfborg Weekend, Jan 2011. Pours unclear amber with a small off white head. Sweet. Licorice and spices. Liquorice and dark fruit. Quite odd - yet tasty. Medium bodied. Nose has a Cheap Rum and Coke feel :-) . That’s it!

Draught at Q-Brick. Dark brown with orange and a thin, filmy head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, wheat. Rather fruity. Flavor of dark fruits, chocolate and cocoa, wheat, caramel. Very nice bitter finish. Ale-like, with lots of fruit, but dunkelweizen smoothness. Refreshing, butter, and flavorful. Neither cloying nor as rich as a dunkel.
