Bottle at home. Clear golden colour with nice white fluffy head. Aroma is nice, citrus hoppiness, light toffee, malty. Taste is good too, just a bit of bitterness, nice and fruity, malty sweetness. Really easy to drink. Seems I am growing to love well made Pilseners!

Golden Pilsner A cloudy gold with a thick white head and the aroma was a bready perfection. Light herbal hop bouquet with some lemon notes. Light bodied but with enough of a chewy malt texture to give you something to dig in to. Bready, peppery with a nice hop bite to it and super fresh (the all you can drink deal sees to that) means this is definitely one of the best pils I've had in Japan. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at the 2009 Central Japan Craft Beer Party. Light gold color with a beautiful tight, firm head. Very hoppy and citrus aroma, with light malt. Flavor also very hoppy, lightly malty, and very fruity. Good bitter hop finish. Slightly lacking in the malt department, but a very refreshing, nice package.

Hazy golden color. Big hoppy nose with a decent toasted malt underneath. Full, rich malty mouth, followed by big bitter finish. Very nice. 7/4/7/4/15=3.7 I cant believe I gave such a low score the first time I rated this. Sitting at home with this beer that was sitting outside in six degree temp. Perfectly thick chalk white head. The toasty character I mentioned above is there, but the mouth feel is almost creamy it is so smooth. Moderate amount of hops hit the back throat. Slowly, moderately bitter, but lingering bitter finish. This is what German Pils should be. Easily put this at 4.2 with this beer, but will average.
