12oz bottle. Poured a dark amber orange color with a medium sized, mostly white head. Aroma was heavy malts, with plenty of floral hops. Light malty notes. Flavor was sweet, malts, with some light citrus zest notes that were okay. Decent.

Bottle shared at Mivshelet Ha’Am for Dagan’s birthday. Hazy amber with a big frothy white head. Floral hops aroma with a bit of malt. Sweetish flavor with some malt and a moderately bitter finish, floral and a bit citric. Medium-bodied.

All of the Cooperstown beers have been overcarbonted but this piece of crap gushed half of the bottle all over the counter as soon as I had started to open it. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-apricot color with an enormous fluffy orange white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was tart, chalk and Sweettart candies. The flavor was very tart and dry with prominent chalk, Sweettart candies and Pez candied. Light body and hideously overcarbonated. Piece of crap.

Location: Draft at The Artist's Palate, 9/30/11
Aroma: The nose has some caramel malts along with some citrus/grapefruit and grassy hops
Appearance: The pour is a copper-orange color with a fairly large sized white head atop it
Flavor: The taste is fairly balanced between the malty sweetness and hop bitterness, leaning hoppy
Palate: The body is fairly light (leaning medium), and it is crisp, clean, and drinkable on the mouth
Overall Impression: This will serve as my first rating from Cooperstown, and I found it to be a fairly average offering. This is really just a decent, but unspectacular IPA. However, it is fairly drinkable. After a little debate in my own head, I decided this is an average (plus) beer.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours copper with a slight white head. Smells like dusty citrus. Med body. Flavor is strange - hint of sour/citrus, maybe a bit of floral, sweetish caramel, and a bit of cardboard in the finish.

12 oz bottle @ the Brewery, Milford , NY. Nose of mild grapefruit and sweet malt. I can smell the Ringwood yeast. And to be honest, I’m not a huge fan. Flavor is mostly pine and citrus hops with a mild malt backbone. Ringwood yeast makes a nice porter or stout but to me, not in an IPA. Not bad, still drinkable, Nothing really wrong with it, just not my style IPA.

Bottle. Rich amber beer with a dark cream colored head. Malt and spice aroma with grapefruit and pine. Grapefruit and tropical fruit flavor with malt and pine. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Caramel and earth lingers with grapefruit and pine.
