Bottle. Seems like a bit of a mix between a german and a belgian wheat beer. Has the creaminess and a bit of bananas that you might expect from a Hefeweizen, but also is quite spritzy and has a bit of lemon and minerals in there. Little bit of sourness. A pleasant surprise as some of their other beers haven't been for me really.

Bottle from Yamaoka. 60% wheat malt. Bright, cloudy, lemon yellow. Low head. Fragrant aroma of wheat malt, bananas, spice, slightly sweet, citrus but just a tiny sour edge. Smooth, crisp flavor, strong wheat malt, bananas and fruit, slight sour edge and a bit buttery. Very well balanced. Slightly tangy with a bit of citrus. Body slightly lighter than usual, crisper. Very nice overall, with good balance and no faults, though not super exciting.
