Draught. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is peppery, some floral, fruity and mild peachy tones. Flavour is kind of Saison spiciness and citrus with some white wine and mild green apple skins to it.

Draught @ Warpigs Brewpub, Flaesketorvet 24, DK-1711 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Warpigs Champagne Brus ].Light unclear light to medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, sweet malt, candy, champagne brus notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, fruity sugar, tart fruit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150430]

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, wheat, yeast, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, wheat, and wine.

Draught @ WarPigs. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small offwhite head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity, estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, pear juice, hay, white pepper corns, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny sour, slightly fruity and estery. Mouthfeel is sparkling, slightly round and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and tiny sour with crackers, pear juice, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. Sparkling semi-sweet perry? Ok but not a huge fan...

[4/29/15] Draught at Warpigs in Copenhagen. Hay golden. Aroma of fruity esters, phenolic spiciness and yeast. Sweetish flavor with fruity esters, yeast and spiciness. Medium-bodied.

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Warpigs. Keg. Hazy gold beer, no real head. Palate is light and smooth with modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts in to sweet floralness, Sweetish dried fruits. Touch of mango and a trace of pear ester. Smooth semi dry finish. A decent beer but well off target for the style.

Tap. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hop, caramel, earthy and a little candy. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, little candy, little earthy, medium sweet, caramel, little over carbonated and medium bitter.
