Bottle from Liquor Mountain in Kyoto. That seems to be the only place that sells this. Unpasteurized and unfiltered white ale in the Belgian style. It is very yeasty, with a good malt flavor as well, and hints of banana, cloves, coriander, etc. I don’t think it is spiced, though. It has a rather full body for a white ale, and a very strong wheat aroma and flavor. This is very nice.
