Very pale, light gold color with a tall white head that settled down but remained the whole time. Clear. Pale malt aroma, with hops as well. Rather slight aroma. Medium malt flavor, with a touch of sweetness, but tons of hops. Very bitter for a pilsner and somewhat fragrant as well. A touch of fruit. Rather light overall. Lightish body as well. Very hoppy, bitter finish. Long-lasting as well. A pretty interesting pils, with great hops, though it could use a little more malty richness to balance it out. The hops are surprising, though, and thus quite nice.

@ GJBF 2007. Hops! Malts, citrus hops attack the nose. Hops jump out at you in the flavor as well. Citrus hops and toasted malts power you to a bitter finish. Bitter, but not dry mouth with a hoppier finish than a normal pilsner. A real good brew.

God, this beer is way underrated. Excellent in your face hoppy bitterness jumps out of the nose. Toasted malt backbone, with firm amout of hops balancing things out. Bitter, bitter finish. Very nice. Rating 12 years later and it’s pretty decent after all these years. Not exactly great as once thought but still good. Bitterness is a bit harsh at the end, but overall enjoyable.
