25-11-19 // tap at Lager Lager Clear golden. White head. Easy drinking clean amd smooth Helles with a mild smooth sweetness. Minimal cereal honey. A light dry fitting bitterness.

Tap at the brewpub. Cear gold. Fresh, light hop resins, malt. Lightly sweet, lemony, biscuits, a bit of ale esters. Prickly finish. A bit sulfury.

(Draught at Vagabund Brauerei, Berlin, 18 July 2018) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of bread, peaches and floral hops. Malty, slightly fruity taste with peaches, orange, sweet malt, canned fruit and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

100ml taster, draught at the brewpub. Misty straw-golden body. Bubbly low white head, clingy lacing. Grassy hops on the nose. Taste of bread and subdued lemony hops. Discreet bittersweet end. Clean and refreshing. (Berlin 13.01.2018).

Keg at the brewery. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is earthy grains, straw, jammy fruit, damp hay. Flavour is composed of semi sweet hay, toasted malts, straw, little grassy hop, hint of caramel, little tangy in the finish. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, moderate carbonation.
