Tap at Keyaki, Spring 2019. Pale golden color, cloudy. Zesty nose, grapefruit, wheat, citrus, creamy. Fresh, zesty citrus, interesting but not quite there.

very cloudy golden white color. The nose is very dry with banana creampie and some floral notes. Very dry, aggressive bitterness, but low carbonation and smooth body. Still it’s overly bitter without balance. I think Fuji is running out of lager styles to make and so are experimenting a bit too much in certain places and results are less than stellar.
