This blonde beer gets heaps of characters from the special aromatic hops that we added. The slightly bitter flavor leaves a velvety feel in the mouth and lingers nicely in the finish.

33cl Bottle from Sterk. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of light bready malts, pale malts, light spicy yeast, yeasty, light fruity, floral. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, yeasty, floral, light lemon note, light fruity, decent bitter finish. Light bodied. In no way is this a Weizen Bock, just a standard Belgian Ale.

Tap @ Roemer, Lammetjesdag 2015. Hazy dark yellow coloured, white head. Nose is light sour, sweaty, citric. Flavour is citric, hay, slight maltiness. No outspoken flavours, light bitterness. Easygoing.

Tap @ Lammetjesdag 2015 at Roemer, small sample. Hazy yellow to golden color, short head. Aroma is spicy, bit hay, bit flowery and grassy hop, some coriander. Bit dry in taste, slight bitter, bit grainy sweetness. Felt more like a belgian blonde, but a decent one.
