Belka e Strelka a bordo di Korabl-Sputnik2 tornano a terra in compagnia di un coniglio grigio, 42 topi, 2 ratti, mosche, piante e funghi. Con le loro 18 orbitazioni attorno alla Terra furono i primi viventi a riuscire nell’impresa di un volo spaziale. Poco importa se il loro coraggio fosse in fondo solo incoscienza: il loro successo aprirà la strada alle esplorazioni dei cosmonauti.
Hoppy saison incredibilmente beverina e dissetante. Al naso emergono sentori agrumati e di frutta calda, pesca su tutti. Il luppolo americano “Citra” è l’intruso che gioca splendidamente un ruolo da protagonista. Al palato un breve ingresso dolce lascia subito il posto ad un finale secco e leggermente acidulo che richiama immediatamente il sorso successivo.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per l'agrumato e lo speziato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, cereali, resina, agrumi e ananas.

On tap at Mosto Centro, Napoli. Hazy golden with medium white head. Some citrus notes, grassy, bit herbal, tart with some dry bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

Sampled at Brassigaume 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, citrus, wheat. Taste of citrusy hops, hay, wheat, grass. Nice.

Pale color almost clear, lively white head wich stabilizes to a thick layer, lacing. Fresh smell, kinda minty. Light fresh brew, session-ipa hoppiness and body backed with light spice and herbs. Light taste, grassy, thin body. Citrusy finish, dry, dusty.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Color pesca giallona, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianca abbondante. Al naso sentori di bergamotto, citronella, spezie, erbaceo. In bocca è secca e con un bel taglio amaro, pulita, molto buona. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Non male.

Bottle, thanks daniele. Pale yellow pour, filtered with a gassy and irregular white cap. Nose: orange zest, bergamot, sulfur. Mouth: watery, extremely tart with a non sense body for a saison.
