Peroni Gran Riserva Bianca è una birra Weiss dal gusto fresco, piacevolmente beverina, caratterizzata da un aroma fruttato e speziato. Il lievito selezionato di alta fermentazione e il processo produttivo tradizionale le conferiscono un piacevole sentore di chiodi di garofano. Secondo la tradizione, la ricetta prevede l’utilizzo di malto d’orzo e di frumento. Per garantire un prodotto di elevata qualità utilizziamo solo Malto 100% Italiano e una particolare varietà di Malto Italiano Chiaro che le dona un elegante colore biondo torbido, tipico delle birre Weiss.

Bottle. Hazy golden yellow, large white head, creamy and very lasting. Medium banana nosem slight spices. Medium bitterness, slightly citric, medium spicy. Lasting aftertaste. Light. Ok weizen.

0,5l bottle from Doro supermercati in Ventimiglia, Italy. Head is big, white, good retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, wheat, banana, bit clove. Taste is medium malty wheat base, nice banana, bit spicy, soft mouthfeel, soft carbonation, good balanced for the style, enjoyed.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, faint, pale, amber colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty, minimally bready, malty, yeasty fruity, minimally leafy hoppy, and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, dried banana, a touch of clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy, notes of pear and banana, a touch of clove; dry, minimally leafy, hoppy finish with a lemon dash. Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft palate, slightly coarse, medium prickly carbonation. Not that banana dominated, nice touch of pear in taste, a tad too sweet overall - decent.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianca fine persistente, colore arancio torbido, al naso su tutto chiodi di garofano poi banana e cereali, in bocca predomina ancora chiodi di garofano poi banana limone spezie, carbonazione moderata, corpo rotondo, lieve acidula, amaro leggero. Fruttata e speziata nel finale. Peroni… Buona. c. Carrefour Luino 23.11.19

Shared bottle, ABV 5.1%. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of wheat and cloves. Flavour of wheat, some citrus and a little cloves, lacks freshness.
