Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of Skyview. Pours a cloudy golden with a dense and lively white head leaving quite some lacework. Dry, Bretty nose topping the hops. Medium body, some sweet fruit, heavy dry Brett - we’re talking Orval territory here! Dry, and bitter finish. It’s not a bad infection, but it kinda spoils the original style. 020212

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, brettanomyces, and malt, leading to a dry fruity finish.

(Bottle, 0.65 l - bottled on 2011-04-13, courtesy of rosenbergh, thanks!, 20111231) The beer poured amber and a little bit hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, grapefruit, apricots and malts. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, citricness, apricots, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. Clean, well brewed and blanced double IPA.

22oz bomber, probably sat around way too long in my closet. unfiltered glowing orange-tan. Thin, patchy head. Pleasant piny grapefruit aroma. Well done and enjoyable, but pretty standard and safe. Cool, crisp, piny hop taste. Pretty easy to drink, if you can handle the resinous hop finish. Standard East Coast IIPA, par for the course.

On tap at The Pony Bar, New York, NY. A golden/amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Good hoppy, pine, fruity aroma. Tastes hoppy, fruity, malty, sweet. This reminded me of a typical west coast DIPA and it certainly pressed all the right buttons for me! Very nice indeed.
