Bottle thanks to Anthony. Pours a cloudy ruby with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, floral, mineral, oak, grape skin. Medium body, funky, mineral, oak, vinous, light tartness, light dry finish, very nice.

Dink pour that left on the bottle for 4 hours during Black Christmas #7. Appearance: murky purple. Aroma: very nice wine and grapes notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite sour and dry. Overall: pretty good one.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of red wine barrels upfront, with wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is loaded with tart berries, with wild yeast, and oak. Not particularly complex but it's pleasant. Dry-ish and fruity. Good stuff.

750 ml bottle. Pale cloudy pink color. Nose is grapes, wood, lactic acid. Tart and really well balanced, not hugely sour, but complex and elegant. Yogurt, graprs, lemon in the flavor, also woody and herbal. Very nice.

Bottle - Light funk and some cheese with a bit barrel. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Some light stone fruit, berry and light oak. A touch of funk and a nice finish.
