Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy yellow. Bretty funk, oak, a bit spicy, a bit of manure, somewhat green hops, rustic, earthy, some fruitiness, moderately sour, bitterish finish. Really good.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow, small white head, decent lacing. aroma is funky, leafy, citrus, basement, musty. Flavor is light tart, quite funky, Brett, citrus, leaves. Light body.

Tap at the brewery. Golden, with light haze and a high head. Bretty nose, hay, citrus, minerals, cream. Crackery malt flavor is dry, with hay and barnyard, yogurt, grapefruit zest and pith. Very dry and bretty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours gold. Floral, mango, gooseberry, grapefruit, pineapple. Medium body. Fine.
