A companion to backyards, backwoods, and balconies alike. River Trip is a low-ABV, Belgian-style table beer with hop-forward grapefruit and stone fruit notes. It’s brewed with local grains and spiced with coriander for an extra hint of citrus. Dry hopping with Comet and Azacca contributes to the mix of melon and grapefruit notes in the beer’s aroma.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: glossy pale yellow to cardboard brown color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal to citrusy and slightly piney with some freshly cut grass then a tickle of lemon peel-like character; bready malts
Flavor: blends all the previously mentioned aromas to a fine sweet malty and citrusy quality; finishes slightly piney & citrusy
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness along the tongue but also a light dry note detected
Overall: pretty good Belgian pale ale I believe I could have again.

Can 355ml @ Bishops Arm - Göteborg Plaza. Pours hazy golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grass, floral and yeast. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long, grassy, floral, citrus and belgian yeasty finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Can at Bishops Arms Plaza Göteborg. A gusher producing an unclear orange-golden body and a finger thick off-white head. The aroma has a pleasant bready maltiness along with a piney, grassy, citrusy and lightly herbal hoppiness. It's medium bodied and nicely carbonated, semi dry, with a nice bitterness. Citrus zest, plum, peach, grass and grapefruit in the flavor. Subdued maltyness. Medium length quite gentle finish. Sure nice, but a bit too gentle all the way. Refreshing. 240725

Can. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Yeast, citrus, spice, definitely quaffable, but was hoping for something more...

Canned 3/2/22, drunk 6/10/22. Clear blonde-golden. Large, white head steadily fades to cover. Fruity, estery, prototypical Belgian nose also takes some spicy hop for balance. Cracker malt with moderate phenolic notes lingering and no alcohol or flaw. Rustic grain with a medium body and good attenuation. Honey, lemon, black pepper, touch of clove and herbal, lightly spicy hops. Well-balanced, very drinkable, clean and well-made.

Big pounder can. Smoother easy intial impressions. Has a big head on top. Almost seems to have some IPA hints in there, quite odd for a something that calls itself a belgian. The yeast almost reminds me of some beers from unibroue. A hint of phenolic in this one. Not really as civilized as the real lighter Belgians from the old country. A little disappointing.
