True to its name. Cascade, Centennial, Crystal and Simcoe create a citrusy hop confluence that continuously embiggens with each drink. The embodiment of our brewing philosophy to “Never Give An Inch”.

Cask days 2016, dry hopped with Citra and simcoe hops. This is pretty much what you?d expect. Big citrus, no malts, hints of pine. Pretty straight forward west coast ipa. Nice, but nothing extraordinary.

Aroma of light malt, caramel, grapefruit, more tropical fruits, citrus, orange peel, some pine, aromatic hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a medium bitter finish. Damn good IPA!

(Bottle) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Hoppy, malty nose with apricot marmalade, orange peel, mandarin, tropical fruit, treacle-toffee and pine needles. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of apricot marmalade, caramel, passion-fruit, orange peel, pine needles, honey, treacle-toffee and a generous citric, piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, mainly dry. Tasty and well balanced IPA with a generous hop presence. Very nice.

22oz bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is big dank hops citrus pine and a sweet malt. Taste is more of the nice hop combo and a well balanced bread malt.
