Can from Yamaoka. Y Market Anniversary WIPA 7% Another great smelling beer from Y Market, the bouquet is somewhat sweet with tropical fruits like prickly pear and guava. Medium bodied but smoothly satisfying. While sweet the profile is tropical fruits with a bit of woodsiness up front and jamminess in the finish. I’m really digging these cans, reasonably priced and very tasty beers.

Tap at Takumiya. Medium orange amber with lace. Nose is bubble gum and citrus fruits, light tropical fruits. Medium malt, not overly sweet, low bitterness, nice peppery finish. Good.

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Pours golden, beautifully clear. Some white foam on the top, not too much but a good amount of it there. Fresh and fruity nose, tropical, super clean, appetizing. Taste has some light citrus, bubblegum, tropical sweetness - and not that much bitterness. Clean and smooth, still dank and grassy, resins coming out in that quite dry finish. Unreal balance, super drinkable.
