Draft at The County Bench, Santa Rosa, CA. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit, spice and yeast. Taste is fruit, spice, Belgian yeast, floral notes, perhaps some banana notes. Dry finish. Quite good. Paired quite well with pork tenderloin, butternut squash, and escarole.

Caña en el señor lupulo Gijón 20..01..2017 (r344). Color amarillento algo turbio con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores dominando herbaceos tipo manzanilla, camomila, te... Ligeros maltosos algo dulces y suave amargo final herbaceo fresco. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber. Original. Buena.

750ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral, chamomile aroma, mild spicy yeasty overtones with hints of brine, a touch of mustard seed. Taste is moderately dry, floral, notes of chamomile, a touch of lemon zest. Focussed, harmonious, slightly one-dimensional.

Bottle, dated 08.29.2016 (shared by harri, thanks!). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruits, apricots, herbs, spices. Flavor is sweet, fruits, apricots, spices, cinnamon, cardemon, herbs. Body is on the thinner side. Drinkability is good. Overall: good, bit sweet.

Draught. Creamy white good mmostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate maælty and hoppy aroma. Light sweet and moderate bitter flavor. Some coriander/cinnamon notes Must be the chamomile flowers. Average light bitter fniish. Creamy palate.

Draught@CBC2016 (yellow session). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffee and mild acidic wooden notes to it. Flavour is floral, some citrus, mild acidic notes as well as some yeast and mild wheaty notes to it.

Draught, 5% at Ølsnedkeren Århus. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is yeasty and soapy. Tastes of flower petals or perhaps woodruff. Not too powerful though, but nice enough. Low bitterness. Mildly citric finish.
