Bottle from Furusato Nozei. Pretty deep gold, almost clear, rather la,e homebrew head. Nose is honey, crackers and wheat bread, lemon and orange, some apples. Honey, bread, lemon flavor. Light yet rich malts. Too flat—probably a bottling issue. Pretty tasty though. Lightly bitter finish.

Bottle shared by KyotoLefty. Vertere Kottbusser 4-5% 25 IBU Grainy with wildflower honey notes. The taste is grainy, a touch sweet but with herbal green hop notes and honey sweetness in the aftertaste. Ap 4 Ar 7-8 t 7-8 p 4 o 13-4
