A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a finger thick creamy off white head. Aroma is sweet tropical hops with peaches, orange and lychee, as well as some strange rose and flower whiffs and some sweet caramel malts. Full body with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with grapefruit, resin and orange peel, as well as malt and toffee. Long bitter finish.

650ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average to huge, creamy, fairly lasting, moderatel lacing, off-white head. Resinous, piney, concentrated, flipping over hoppy aroma, some citrus. Taste is immensely bitter hoppy, pine, resin, caramel malty backbone. Aggressive, concentrated bitterness - too much for a more differentiated development of flavours. Slightly overdone.

bottle - Pours a copper color with an assertive citrus hop aroma. The flavor is of course high on the bitterness. It’s full bodied with notes of citrus and a long, bitter finish. Very good.

Pour is a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is a deep piney hop resin with a bit of sweet malt to back it up. Flavor is again a very nice chewy piney hop resin with a solid malt backbone to tighten things up. A little of that resin is left on the tongue as this goes down. Pretty solid DIPA and if you did not know this was 10% you could not tell.

Bottle six weeks past it’s BB. nose is papaya and pine slight syrupy / caramel note. Taste very strong pine leading to tropical fruits, papaya, more pine and a sharp, peppery bitter finish. Alcohol is masked. Very nice example.

12oz bottle from Georgio’s, Billerica, MA. A hazy amber pour with a thin cream head; rich aroma with a trace of coriander and some subdued fruit; immediate hit of New Zealand hops in the mouth, with pineapple and mango flavours and a thick grainy body; the finish is actually quite mellow with lingering , tingling fruit and a hint of spice. Much more refined than I expected, and hiding its alcohol very well.
