A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Rather odd hop aroma, not really crisp or fresh. Rich body, lots of sweet pale malts and a very herbal hoppy touch. Ends both boozy and very bitter. 181113

Bottle pours a hazy pale golden orange with a small but persistent off white head. Carmel sweet hop aroma with some tropical notes. Thick heavy body, like a barlywine, not super hoppy or bitter, but big and strong. Soft carbonation and a sweet papery trailer.

Bottle thanks to ditmier. Pours out a gold amber topped with a white head. Nose is citus pine tropical fruit and cereal malts. Taste is as the nose with lots of hop slamming you in the mouth. Pine lemon zest grapefruit and the cereal malts trying to hold it together. But it was iver the top hops for me with a grapefruit peel end.

On tap at Tapwerks. Pours a near clear golden amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has bitter pine and citrus with backing notes of sweet grain, caramel and musty tropical fruits. Flavor starts with bitter pine hops but finish has notes if earthy citrus, earthy tropical fruits and sweet grains.

Draft - whoa, well this is certainly intense - aroma is all citric and resinous american hops - body is thick, oily - the NZ hops pop in the flavor - earthy, minty, spicy - hefty malts add a clean, not sticky sweetness - certainly a strong hop showcase, but gets abrasive at times.
