A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

12 oz bottle. Aroma is pretty dank, citrusy, tropical, piney, slightly vegetal. Pours hazy cantaloupe with a medium off-white head with good retention; after it recedes, constellation-like patterns of lace are left on the glass. Taste is quite sweet followed by quite a bit of bitterness. Like drinking a rainforest. Creamy mouthfeel, fine carbonation, medium body. Interesting flavor.

Hazed amber with a large, tight, yellow-tan head. Aroma is sweet breadheel, flowers, pine. Taste is citrus, tropical sweet with a strong back-bittering. Medicinal/herbal.... A bit clingy.

35,5 cl bottle @ Viisi Penniä, BBE 01.04.2014
Aroma is heavy with pineapples, caramel and woody notes. Flavour is sweet and somewhat woody with lots of hops, pineapples, gluey notes and a feeling of alcohol in the background. Finishes with herbal tones and more alcohol. Just too boozy.

355ml bottle @ Malja, Kuopio
Best By 04/01/14 - Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of fresh fruity hops, exotic notes, grass, orange peel and citrus. Taste is caramely malty, sweetish and fruity with loads of hops, grass and citrus. Finish is bitter, hoppy and fruity with notes of caramel and toffee. Quite nicely hopped, heavy and fresh DIPA.

Best by May 5, 2014 stamped on the bottle.
Nice golden pour of beer, 2 finger head of foam(served nearish room temp) lots of lacing.
Aromas of a really pungent hop character with mild malt smell in the background. Big grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit.
Very bitter flavours up front. Pine is there, mild malt sweet tones show up but don’t really balance things out...as expected from a brew calling itself a triple IPA.
The bitter wears on me about half way through the bottle but there’s no doubt that I’ll finish the bottle and the other 3 from the 4 pack.
A very slick mouthfeel. Okayish drinkability. Not my cup of tea, so to speak.

bottle. High octane for sure. Enjoyed this imperial - nothing sensational (Hopslam for example) but nice.

(Bottle, 0.355 l - best by 04/01/14, at Kaisla, 20131211) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized, dense and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tangerine, pine and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were pine, grass, sweetness, malts, resin and bitterness. Afteraste was hoppy, boozy and bitter. Mostly booze and bitterness mildly balanced by sweetness and maltiness, but not enough.

Bottle. Soapy-cheesy-piney hops, pineapple-caramel malt aroma. Hazy honey gold with a large off-white head. Earthy cheesy herbal hops, onion, sweet bready caramel malt flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. The onion note in the flavor ruined it for me.
