Light yellow pour, somewhat light and creamy. Barnyard, fruity nose. Tastes easy and tart with light funk. Barrel coming though a bit as well, lightly spicy. Top class.

375 ml bottle, blue label Barrel Sour Saison. Lactic acid big in teh nose, lemon, biscuits. Honey golden color, cloudy, with lace. Soft and elegant, layered loveliness of lemon, yogurt, creamy malt. Simple but so delicately beautiful.

light medium golden excellent tartness leather and cobwebs with good fruity character. Modest hoppiness. Great mouth feel.

I guessing this is the same as what I had at MBCT. Yorocco BA Saison 1 Sour Saison Cloudy light gold with a tannic lightly acidic but fruity flavor. This is a solid sour . 3.8

Bottle from Akio care of George shared at Zack's epic tasting. Pours a clearish orange gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Musty hay, oak, lemon, grass and cobwebs on the nose with some soft floral aromas as it warms. Smooth on the palate with the oak leading the way with more floral undertones, dried citrus peel and musty muscat. Smooth finish with the oak lending a certain creaminess.
