設備の癖を掴むまではどちらかといえばバランス重視の仕上げにしてきましたが、だいぶ仕込みもこなれてきたので、本来の自分のホップ量で作ってみました。
突き抜けるような鮮烈な柑橘アロマ、強烈ながらも後引かず切れる苦味、ラガーならではのクリーンな後味と、IPLの良さを体現した仕上がりです。
ホップを丸かじりしたようなフレーバー満載のビールです。

pale golden color. Prickly carbonation. Biting bitterness, big citrus notes with some crackery malt. Medium body. Full on assault. Really well balanced. Nice and dry. Excellent

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Pours clear yellow, white foam. Resiny nose, light sweetness but goos hoppiness there overall. Tastes light but not watery, nicwly hoppy but also remains crisp. Not too sweet actually. Liking this.

Tap at Bungalow. Big, grassy nose, lemon, lager malts. Clear pale golden color. Dry and crisp flavor, hoppy and bitter as expected. Some warming sweetness is nice, melons, touch of honey and biscuits. Nice.
