very strange Chinese pear and apple character. Low bitterness. Sweeter than expected. Meh.

Tap at Komachi. Dry and crisp, some honey and stone fruit in the nose and flavor. Dry and light in the brut manner, but a bit too stinky in the fruitiness. A bit like a cheap champagne. Not bad, but I am already sick of this style.

Be easy Akemodiru Keyagu Brut IPA 8% Opaque rich golden color with lots of fruity grainy malt richness in the aroma. The body has a medium texture and drynfinidh while the taste is grainy malt forward. I’ve gotta say I preferred the Far Yeast Brut IPA Collab though this is ok. The earthy dry herbal green spicy finish is interesting but I’ve still yet to be wowed by this style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
