Tap at Takumi. 2nd batch, possibly. Glowing copper-orange with light haze. Very lemony nose, light tropical fruit, fresh and fruity. Flavor gives a bit of pine and wood, oranges, a touch of caramel, and bready malts. Clean and crisp and well done.

Nara Brewing Night & Day IPA 5.4% 20 IBU Glowing orange/copper in color with a fruity aroma that has a hefty biscuity element to it. This medium bodied APA has a substantial peppery caramel flavor to it on top of the fruity malts well balanced but I get an almosrye like malt character. Clear medium amber color. Japanese must be very scared of this beer. Why? I’ve never smelt a beer in japan that smells more like a bag of fresh weed in my entire life. Wow. Might get high just sniffing this. Some citrus and apricot notes sit in the background. Wow. Very crisp fruity, citrusy palate that is missing a touch of bitterness (the alpha hops could be cranked up ever so slightly), but wonderful easy drinking, balanced APA with medium bitterness. Could be a 4.0 but still takes a respectable Number
