From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal, citrusy. Bitter, citrusy, esters. Grassy and straw to citrusy finish.

When Mikeller hooks up with one of Japan's more interesting breweries, you don't expect this. Light, but immediately hoppy in a soft way.

Bottle. GOlden malt, biscuits, crackers, citrus hops with a bit of cat piss. Hops are interesting, citrus, acidic, tropical, a bit pissy, clean malt. Decent.

Slightly hazy color. Very fragerent. Tropical fruit, muscat and hay in the nose. Palate has deep bitterness that covers the tounge but lacks a bit of depth. Not bad

Tap at Mikkeller Tokyo, apparently it's one of their exclusive house brews. Mikkeller x AJB GOLDEN ALE Hyakkendana 4.5% Nice delicate fruity hop bouquet. Light bodied and crisp, the taste is similar with a lemon and light funk plus wheat character. A nice light brew to start the evening but it feels a touch more Session IPA than gold/blond ale...
