From the barrel at Lorsbacher thal. Dry, acidic nose, light apple skin. Pale gold, still and clear. Quite acidic, with apple and cheesy funk. Low tannins and sweetness. Oily and smooth. Ok.

Very light in colour. Fruity neutral nose. The cider starts extreme sourish with a quite watery body. Fresh and easy to drink. The sourish body gets a bit smoother in the end. Very plain with not much depth. Fruity apples on a subtle basis, sourish-fruity with a watery but highly drinkable finish.
