Bottle, pours a clear golden with a large white head. Aroma brings Belgian yeast, a little oak, and some feet. Flavour is very complex, with interesting yeasts, oak, alcohol and some fruity esters. Very complex and drinkable despite the ABV. Very good stuff.

750 ml bottle. Pours a ark gold with moderate head. Aromas of lemons, honey, light resin and light bananas/yeast. Flavors of bitter citrus marmalade, cereal, resin, and toasted malts

Bouteille 750ml. 2010, 10% d’alcool. Couleur ambrée transparente, mousse blanche assez dense, laissant une belle dentelle. Arôme fruité, d’abricot, légère odeur d’alcool. Goût fruité, une touche de miel. Le taux d’alcool est bien camouflé. Effervescence assez élevée, bulles très fines rappelant le champagne.
