20-12-19 // bottle at home. 2018 Ernte. Very pale. Clear. No head. Tastes very light bodied but 6.1% Mild sweet apples. A little dry. Alittle boring.

Bottle pour at the Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival. Very pale gold, clear. Bright apple nose, some honey, minerals. Slightly sweet with light apple, a bit of carbonation, light acidity and almost no tannin. Ok.

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma of dry mild sweet apples. Taste of sweet apples, young apples, dry apples, easy to drink.
