75cl bottle from the producer. 7% ABV. Pours clear gold, flat. Delicately light apple pie sweetness on the nose. Flavour profile presents a clean, mild apple profile, extremely light acidity, finishing a little airy, dry and a touch watery. Not a lot going on here.

Intensiv apfeliger, überraschend säuerlicher Beginn. Spritzig, würzig, etwas trocken, was sich im Mittelteil verstärkt. Spritzig, intensiv, langer Nachhall. Gut! 9/11/11/11//11

Tap at the cidery. Hazy golden color, flat. Fruity nose od apple, light funk. Tart and dry, lightly funky, with a bit of sweetness too. Finishes tart and dry, refreshing. Better than average for this style, though nothing like their bottled varieties.
