A juicy classic West Coast IPA with bright citrus, low bitterness, and a hint of pine.
A Dangerous Man staple that we have been brewing since the beginning. This is our take on a classic West Coast IPA, with slightly less bitterness. The grain bill provides a bold malt backbone and then is hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Azacca, and Amarillo for bright flavors of candied orange, Fruit Loops, and a slight undertone of pine.

My 1,700th brewery tick. 12 ounce can from Zipp’s Liquors in Minneapolis. Amber orange color. Finger high beige head. Sweet malty aroma has notes of toffee and citrus. Flavor is bittersweet citrus and pine. Pithy notes as well. Nice balance and flavor. Dry, bitter finish.

Crowler. Orange-amber color, clear. Big toffee nose, diacetyl and caramel. Oranges, spices, slightly burnt aroma as well. Weird stuff, lots of butterscotch and toffee and spicy. Not old, but something wrong here.

Minnesota Beer Trip #236. Keg at the brewery, 5/13/16. Clear copper, thin fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of herbal, piney, earthy hops, pale malt. The taste is earthy, citrus hops, nutty notes, grapefruit, pale malt. Medium bodied, mild lingering bitterness, well balanced. Interesting.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of dry grapefruit and bitter pine with a deep grain backbone. Flavor has bitter pine with a bit of grapefruit, a hint of onion and a light sweet grain backbone.
