Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Apple is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and apple juice. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sourness of traditional lambic beers

This beer is mildy sour, which is overpowered by the heavy tart apple dominating flavour. Almost a winey or cidery taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Botella 20 cl tomada en el momento en el Lupulo. Grac. Belén y Dani. Sabores ligeramente ácidos y de mazanas verdes frescas. Casi una sidra. Refrescante. Normal.

At Bruges Beer Fest. Pours cloudy golden with a dissipating white head. The aroma contains apple, wheat, yeast, candy. Tastes medium sweet and heavy sour towards the finish. Soft carbonation and sticky on the tongue. More a cider than a lambic. Decent though.

At Maakun’s. Bottle picked up at World of Drinks inside Markthal Rotterdam. Dark golden pour with little foam. Sweet applejuice and hard candy. Sweet with a fierce sour finish. Quite refreshing.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Lots of apple juice, light funk and hay, green apple candy, light bitter apple peel and a light chemical touch in the finish. Quite sweet and light sour. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Not that bad.

God miks av smak av eple og sider i en lambic, der syren blir nedtonet siden den går så godt til eplene. Potensielt godt drikkeøl.

16.09.2015, 0,375l bottle @ home:
Big creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, sugar, yellow apples, light malts, grass, green apples, apple skin. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, soda powder, yellow apples, sugar, apple skin, green apples, grass, minerals. Slightly watery and acidic mouthfeel. Fair enough.
