Beer of spontaneous fermentation. Lindemans Apple is made from one-year-old oak-aged lambic and apple juice. The tasting experience, which is quite exceptional, offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of red apples, the freshness of green apples and the sourness of traditional lambic beers

Tap (ZUP, Wroclaw). Beer is clear, colour like apple juice with white -grey head, nice lacing. There are apple and wine notes in aroma. Sour and sweet in taste with very intensive apple note. Really well drinkable, very light, fresh and juicy.

25 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Plus, Culemborg. Hazy golden with a thin white head. Apple aroma (no really?). Taste is sour apple with a little bit lambic. Nice enough albeit too sweet for me, at least it’s better than most commercial krieks.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour, white foam. Very sweet nose of candy, apple juice, ’zure matten’. Tastes very sweet and sugary with some tart notes. Is this beer?

Apple nose with distinct strawberry highlights. Fairly clear amber, medium head. Tart and sweet with good intensity. It’s literally like drinking apple sweettart candies. I’d find it cloying if there wasn’t the equal measure of tartness to balance it out. Granny smith is dominant. Medium body, fizzy. Easily drinkable whether you like "beer" or not. I’d drink this all the time if it was a bit cheaper. Delicious.

Helder levendig lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is zoet en frisfruitig met natuurlijke appel smaak, niet chemisch. Verfrissend en verrassend goed te drinken.

25 cl. bottle poured in to a Flute. clear, golden colour with a dense, white head. Vaguely acidic aroma with apples - slightly artificial - still tart enough to be refreshing, yeasts, sugars and fruit juices. Taste is sweet. Light to medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes drying and slightly tart with apple juice and sugars. Okay, refreshing drink.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 9/9/2013. Pours slightly hazy golden orange color with a 2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart green apple, pear, white grape, hay, grass, candi sugar, light honey, slight funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of apples, pale malt, and fruity yeast notes; with solid strength. Taste of tart green apple, pear, white grape, hay, grass, candi sugar, light honey, slight funk, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of fruity tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of green apple, pear, white grape, hay, straw, grass, candi sugar, light honey, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of apples, pale malt, and fruit yeast flavors; with a good sweetness/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 3.5%. Overall this is a very good sweetened fruit lambic style. All around good robustness and balance of apples, pale malt, and fruity yeast flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. This is more pleasantly flavored than the other variants, but still a nicely enjoyable offering.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy and slightly fizzy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some sparse spotty trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and fruity with cereal, apple must, hay, powdered sugar and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, sour, fruity and tiny funky with wheat crackers, cereal, apple must, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, minerals, white sugar, lemon zest and hints of barnyard. Mouthfeel is sparkling, slightly tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with crackers, apple must, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, white sugar, lemon peal and hints of barnyard. Can’t beleive it’s taken me this long to try this. Actually better than I though. Lambic cider softdrink...
