Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows grape, heavy syrupy malt, sultanas, bready malt, and heavy clove-live phenols.Flavours include caramel, bready malt, nougat, hot booze, soft oak, peppery notes. Very sweet and boozy.Very high carbonation.

Bottle from a web shop. Waited about 2 months. White wine nose, wood, tart, bretty teast, some caramel. Hazy orange amber with a medium, airy head. Lots of wine and caramel, slightly funky, rather sweet, grapes, hay. Fun stuff. Fizzy, soft, silky. Interesting and fun.

nice light oak and white wine fuzziness. Good white wine barrel but still a bit unrefined. Reminds me of sound ba beers. Still I enjoy the wine barrel more than expected. It’s like a sub par left fielder grabbing a ball behind his head but juggles a lot first. Nothing smooth, but I am happy enough.
