4oz pour at Container. Pours opaque yellow with a white head. Very, very faint berries on the nose. Flavour is gently tart; has a berry character, similar to strawberry but more tart. Moderately thick on the palate. Really not much of anything.

06.08.2019, tap @ L by Oslo Brewing Co. Tokyo:
Small fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy light reddish orangy color. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, soda powder, fruit stones, sour grass, minerals, unripe red berries, sour plums, hay, tiny hints of mild vinegar. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, soda powder, sorrel, sour plums, hay, sour red berries, minerals, paper, weeds, bark, fruit salt. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

On tap at the brewer. Nice semi cloudy pink and good creamy head on top. Good sour fruit funkiness on the nose. Flavour is nice fruit sourness with some sweetness. Medium finish. A well done sour.

Bright red amber color. Very sour, dry, nose with lots of plum. Good puckering sourness that hits the back of the throat. Nice lingering plum in the finish. Fruit is well integrated.

Can from Lingua. First time I’ve had a gusher from a can (ever? Well at least that I can recall): Fuggles and Warlock Kiwami Plum Sour 6.3% Opaque orange honey like color, tick gushing round white foam. The aroma is toejam musty plum with some lactic acid in the background. Fairly full bodied with an acidic plum sour flavor and nutty almond (from the plum pit???) as well as lactic toejam funk. This is quite a satisfying sour. I’m glad I picked it up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can poured into a wine tumbler showing moderately filtered dark salmon pink with half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense round sweet notes of plum and pickled fruit. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with moderately intense notes of plum, rose, and strawberry. Mild malt backbone throughout.

Can from Tanakaya. Pours creamy, dark pink orange with a fluffy and rich head. Well, too much foam at first even, so takes time to pour out this can. Once I have done that, it looks solid, with a thick and lasting foam top. Nose is nice lightly tart, plums are there at the forefront. Light malty base but feels like sour creamy plum puree. Taste has lots of tartness, not too sweet but still fruity and plum is a star of this beer. Super refreshing and does not have any of these sharp edges that fruited sours sometimes tend to show. Well made and tasty.

Poured from the tap. Cloudy light orange with hint of a pink hue. Plum and lacto with creamy texture, not too tart. Simple, but well done.

Draft - Nice soured wheat. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice stone fruit, light acidity and a long finish. Not nearly aggressive as others, thank god, and a pleasant beer throughout.
