Smoke is quite subtle. As is the weizen, but that just about trumps the smoke. More wheaty than banana. Light spice. Bit thin. Maybe bit too much lemony hops.

Tap at the Shinshu Craft Beer Matsuri, 2018. Lightly hazy golden color. Smoky nose, lots of esters and phenols. Sweet and smoky, with burnt rubber phenolic that is not nice. Flat, lame body. Not so great.
