Can from Family Mart. Clear deep golden with a high, airy head. Lemony nose, saison yeast is evident, bready, or more crackery malt, nice enough depth to this, not all hidden beneath the lemon. Bready malt, lemon, seems like some grassy hops, slightly too sweet but not over the top. The lemon works well with the saison yeast and the hops, and doesn’t overpower them. This is the best of the new “fruit Biiru” yet. Crisp, yet slightly too oily body. I would buy this again.
