This brown beer is brewed with six varieties of malted barley and balanced with three generous hop additions. You'll find a big malt body with bitter bones. Enjoy this beer.

16oz can shared by Brian. Unfiltered amber-brown. Caramel, malty aroma. Medium to full bodied, smooth and sessionable. Nice mix of malt tastes, from Amber to Nut Brown. Lots of toffee. Nails the style, well done.

Draft. Murky brown color, massive thick cream colored head. Aroma of light pine and brown bread. Taste is Christmas fruitcake without the fruit. Not bad.

16oz can pours a translucent light brown with a creamy, lacing, slightly off white head. Nose is classic bitter, earthy, floral, vegetal, a little malty, metallic, crackers, biscuits. Flavor is bitter, lemons, orange peel, malts, crackers, a little caramel at the tail end. Medium bodied, lightly watery finish that has just a bit of a bite in the corners of your mouth. Not bad. Close your eyes and youβre drinking an ESB, nothing hybrid about it.

Pours clear ruby red with tall looking mocha head. The aroma offers up caramel, some malts, roasted maltiness, spicy yeast and a thin vein of rich molasses. The taste is caramel malts, caramel candy, winter season spices and molasses. It seems to have a rather thin body to boot.

Can thanks to a generous BA. Pours a near clear brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a slight floral and citrus note but is mainly malty with semi sweet grains with a bread backing. Flavor begins with a light floral and fruit note but quickly becomes malty with bread and a bit of sweet grain. Nice on the tongue.

I had this on draft at Ten Cat in Chicago while a good friend from New York was in town. This is rich in hops for an ESB, went down extremely smooth, very flavorful. I ordered this at the bar because it was the best local option aside from 312, which Iβve had plenty of times. Very satisfied with my choice!

Bottled @MC
Deep ruby color, small beige head. Toffeish, caramelly aroma. Caramelly, some rye-bread, citrusy hops, late bitterness. Some kind of brown ale?
