Veritas Peach, aged in French Oak barrels with Masumoto Peaches for over a year, is a celebration of the stone fruit. Initial notes of freshly cut peaches and a tannic oak character, lead to a charge of sour tartness and ending with a dry funky Brett finish.

Light amber golden color. Very funky dry yeast nose, with great peach character, and oak. Very sour, tons of peaches, great oak character. Perfectly balance, fruit is perfect. Another master piece

Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing hazy peach and sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of sweet and tart peaches. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Moderately tart with moderately intense flavours of yellow peach.
