Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: soft golden to copper color with a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: honey, graham crackers, sweet floral notes; freshly cut grass, some bubblegum and crushed clove
Flavor: basically is sweet through the prior noted aromas but doesn't seem to have any of that clove I smelled anywhere here; finishes mostly through the honey, graham crackers and floral sweetness
Texture: light to medium bodied; somewhat sessionable; some smoothness with soft brushes of the clove that seems to have come back to show a sly presence; good carb level
Overall: not a bad saison, I think I "could" come back to this.

It's really good. It's super sweet like a honey suckle bud.

Can from the importer shared in Kyoto with a few friends. Golden yellow with minimal head, the aroma is honey and floral hops. Medium to light bodied and fairly crisp. Honey, wild flowers and honey graham maltinesss. Pretty good.

Can - lightly hazy copper - dizzy pour with zero head - the rye addition adds a weird bready malt richness, and the honey makes the finish far too sweet - some spiciness and mildly acidic tartness are pleasant, as are some of the other yeast notes, but it’s a bit dense and tastes more like a tripel than a Saison.

Bright Amber orange color. Brief white head. Fruity malt nose hints at honey and grain. Sweet fruity malt flavor. Notes of bubblegum, honey and Easter bread. Dryish malty middle. Sticky, sweet finish (from the head down to its feet). Not unpleasant, but not very good.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, best before 9/10/2017. Pours crystal clear deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger foamy/fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange, peach, pear, apple, white grape, coriander, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, honey, cracker, rye bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, honey, bready/rye malt, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apple, white grape, coriander, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, honey, cracker, rye bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate yeast spiciness and slight tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, apple, white grape, coriander, pepper, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, honey, cracker, rye bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, honey, bready/rye malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from yeast spiciness and carbonation as well. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, fairly bready/grainy, and slightly creamy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.8%. Overall this is a very good saison. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, honey, bready/rye malt, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very well rounded saison complexity, with a solid malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering.

Pounder: New plastic and honey nose. Clear amber, medium head. Malty, bread, sweet honey, melon. Full body, easy carbonation. More like a biere de garde than saison, but little farmhouse character either way. Belgian blonde.
