Slight haze and a golden-amber colour. Medium head. Fresh hop nose, lots of pine and grapefruit. Mostly the centennial but I so get a bit of brighter hop (it’s citra and galaxy though I wouldn’t have guessed that). Fairly bitter. Light body with a slight pale malt creaminess...good malt backbone on this. Bitter, lingering citrus finish with hints of pine. Not the most modern APA but I think they did a wonderful job.

On tap at R & B, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh leafy hops, with some pine, citrus and a little dankness from the citra. Flavour is bright, with similar hop characteristics - lots of leafy, piney dry hop notes, with a dry biscuity malt finish. Well-balanced and very drinkable. Very good.

Draught at the brewery taproom
Hazy blond color. The aroma is mild, a bit dank and citrusy. The mouthfeel is rather dry but not weak; pleasant crispy malts, followed by a good bitterness level, and the hops bring zesty and resiny qualities; getting even more orangey and lemony in the final.
Very good, balanced, with qualities; and to me this tastes like the Pale Ale that regular Joe would appreciate too.
