Draft - Belgian eatery stone fruit with some nice funk. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky stone fruit, touch of mango and a sweet funky finish. Nice.

Fruity, floral yeast aroma. Very dry, floral, bit yeasty and and bit of alcohol in the finish. Decent example. Looks dull and there’s no head at all.

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow brown with minimal head. Aromas and flavors of lemon and thick malts. No significant brett presence except for a slight tartness. Pleasant.

Hazy to cloudy, blond color. The Brett is very strong, with some nice funky note; it has a bit of white wine aroma, citrus flavor, orange peels, and some astringency in the end; the bitterness has some vegetable impression. Quite strangely, it has a nutty touch, toasted hazelnut.
A beer with character.

Cloudy blond color with small head. There is some aroma of vegetables, fruit, spices, puke; sour; rather vulgar. The mouthfeel is off-dry, but it’s also too much carbonated; the flavor gets a lot of its character from the yeast, it’s spicy, but unfortunately also the vegetable component is strong (celery-like); respectable level of bitterness; light fruity touch; moderate acidity level.
Not impressive.

Muddy blond color, paler than the traditional Saison, with small head. The aroma is lightly breadish, some spices, bitter orange. Dry mouthfeel; strong spicy character, the Brett is not strong, but adds some layer of complexity. Strong bitterness.
Nice.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy orange-tinted yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett, followed by a little banana and barnyard notes. Flavour brings out a mix of banana and brett, with some notes of clove and bitter hops on the finish. The banana notes are a bit detracting from the brett notes, same with the high hopping. Very dry, bretty and hoppy. Good stuff, but needs a bit of work.
